To participate in Penn State’s Apple School Manager, IT Units must read and agree to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) before they can start using the program. This agreement details what the roles and responsibilities are for Teaching and Learning with Technology and the IT Unit. It also describes how service requests are to be submitted. The SLA requires that the IT Unit also agrees to the Apple School Manager End User Agreement. Due to a liability clause in Apple’s EULA, the IT Unit’s Director and the Financial Officer must sign the agreement to be binding.
